Fifth Exercise - Mindfulness Practice over the Upcoming Week

This is the exercise I've skipped, which is probably counter-productive. But I'm keen to review the rest of the book, and I'm already putting into practice what I've learned about (distressing) events.

I can always revisit the mindfulness exercises. In fact, the book recommends this. So for now, it's on to the second chapter, which looks at Wise Mind.
