Twelfth Exercise: Identify Opportunities for Problem Solving
Okay, so now it’s down to the nitty-gritty. For this exercise, I need to list all the problems in my life. You’re going to have to trust that I’ve listed all of them in my head even if they don’t show here. Here’s a selection below –
Difficulty staying within a monetary budget.
Keeping up my writing.
Not knowing enough people locally.
Staying on track with my health regime.
Free-floating and deeply disturbing worries about later life (these would need be broken down if they are to be addressed effectively). I’ll suppress my scepticism here.
So that’s enough for now, though I could add in about twenty more. You need to write all your problems down and describe them as non-judgementally as possible.
In the next exercise, I’ll create goals for these problems en route to generating solutions for them.
