Twenty-First Exercise: Tip Your Temperature

I won’t be doing this exercise. I’m even a bit wary of explaining the steps in case someone misuses them. So here’s a very good video which runs through it all –

I’ll be sticking with the basic, tried and tested technique of splashing cold water on the face to calm down. I won’t be trying to activate the mammalian dive reflex that I didn’t know I had before I read this book.
